Jun, 03: RESOLVED - We'll be performing a very quick server maintenance today, as Yesterday we were not able to do so. This will lead to limited service availability within 15:25hrs - 15:40hrs* (Server Time). We don't expect this to cause negative repercussions on the service afterwards. May, 18: RESOLVED - We went through an emergency server upgrade that caused service unavailability for about 2.5hrs, from 19:00 hrs to 21:30hrs Server Time. We identified the issue, fixed it, and will be working to ensure it doesn't happen again. If you were affected, please do not hesitate to contact Support and we'll gladly compensate you. We apologize for the inconveniences this may have caused you, your business is much appreciated!

May, 18: RESOLVED: We're undergoing an emergency server upgrade that's preventing users from accessing the service. We're working very hard on fixing this as we speak and we expect the situation to be sorted out shortly. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
