May, 18: RESOLVED - We went through an emergency server upgrade that caused service unavailability for about 2.5hrs, from 19:00 hrs to 21:30hrs Server Time. We identified the issue, fixed it, and will be working to ensure it doesn't happen again. If you were affected, please do not hesitate to contact Support and we'll gladly compensate you.
